General terms and conditions of sale

The services offered include, among others, one-off interventions, immersive formats, long-term support pathways and tailor-made accessibility solutions. The content, duration and terms of each service are defined jointly with the client and set out in a quote or agreement.

Each service is the subject of a personalised quote. The order is deemed firm upon receipt of the quote, dated, signed and marked “bon pour accord” (approved), or of the signed training agreement where applicable. The prices shown on the site are indicative, starting from a given amount, and may be adjusted according to the organisation's actual needs.

Prices are expressed in euros. Any travel expenses outside the Île-de-France region are invoiced separately and specified in the quote. Any specific service (multi-day formats, afterworks, LSF sessions, long-term accessibility solutions) is the subject of a dedicated assessment and pricing.

Unless special conditions are stated on the quote, invoices are payable on receipt by bank transfer. A deposit may be requested at the time of order for certain services. In accordance with the applicable regulations, any late payment may give rise to late-payment penalties as well as a fixed indemnity for recovery costs.

Any request for cancellation or postponement must be communicated in writing as soon as possible. In the event of late cancellation by the client, all or part of the amount of the service may be retained or invoiced, according to the terms specified in the quote or agreement. Should NOLA ECO CONTINUUM be unable to attend, a new date will be offered as a priority.

NOLA ECO CONTINUUM undertakes to carry out its services with care, professionalism and respect for the people supported. This is a best-efforts obligation: the provider implements all the means necessary for the proper delivery of the service, without a guarantee of results. NOLA ECO CONTINUUM cannot be held liable for indirect consequences related to the use of the content provided.

All materials, content and methods used as part of the services remain the exclusive property of NOLA ECO CONTINUUM. They may not be reproduced, distributed or reused without prior written authorisation.

Data provided as part of an order is processed in accordance with the site's privacy policy. It is used solely to manage the commercial relationship and is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to seek an amicable solution before any litigation. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
